   After our meeting, we’ll send over a tailored proposal and contract that outlines our services, scope, and pricing for your event.

3. Secure Your Date
   Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send a deposit request. Your date is officially reserved once your deposit is paid and the contract is signed.
